It contains the # configuration directives that give the server its instructions. # See URL http //httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/ for detailed information. # In particular, see # URL http //httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/directives.html # for a discussion of each configuration directive. # # # Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding # what they do. They re here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure # consult the online docs. You have been warned. # # The configuration directives are grouped into three basic sections # 1. Directives that control the operation of the Apache server process as a # whole (the global environment ). # 2. Directives that define the parameters of the main or default server, # which responds to requests that aren t handled by a virtual host. # These directives also provide default values for the settings # of all virtual hosts. # 3. Settings for virtual hosts, which allow Web requests to be sent to # different IP addresses or hostnames and have them handled by the # same Apache server process. # # Configuration and logfile names If the filenames you specify for many # of the server s control files begin with "/" (or "drive /" for Win32), the # server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin # with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "logs/foo.log" # with ServerRoot set to "/etc/httpd" will be interpreted by the # server as "/etc/httpd/logs/foo.log". # TOPへ編集 Section 1 Global Environment ### Section 1 Global Environment # # The directives in this section affect the overall operation of Apache, # such as the number of concurrent requests it can handle or where it # can find its configuration files. # Server HTTP応答ヘッダの設定 # # Don t give away too much information about all the subcomponents # we are running. Start with a warm-up of 10-12 minutes. Put in some technical focus for three to five minutes. Perform the main body of your workout, and then follow with seven to 10 minutes of cool-down. Three rides a week in the winter will keep you in shape and improve your bike ability. Drill ride. The main body consists of four sets of 30-second one-footers, with two minutes of recovery. To perform a one-footer, remove one cleat from the pedal and rest that foot safely on the frame of the trainer. Concentrate on 30 seconds of smooth, fluid circles using just one foot. Switch feet and take two minutes of easy spin with both feet as recovery. The next drill is four 30-second spin-ups with two minutes’ recovery. To perform a spin-up, start at 90 rpm in a moderate gear. Gradually increase your cadence to 95, 100, 105 rpm and so on while still in that same gear. After 15 seconds of increasing cadence, get to your fastest spin which is still very smooth (no hopping around in the saddle) and hold that for 15 seconds. Take a full two minutes of easy circles between each for recovery. Interval ride. After a solid warm-up, shift into a higher gear and commit to going very strong for two minutes. You can determine how intense that effort should be with a heart rate monitor, by rate of perceived effort or by breath rate. Then, spin easy for three minutes. Start with three rounds, and as fitness develops, go to four or five rounds. After that, increase the duration of the effort. Eventually, reduce the recovery time. Steady state. After a solid warm-up, settle into a pace that will last 15-30 minutes. Make this a challenge, but not nearly as intense as the effort in the interval ride. Again, use either heart rate, perceived effort or breath rate to decide on the intensity. Hold this effort steady and strong for the full duration, and concentrate on good pedaling mechanics. Be sure to leave plenty of time for a quality cool-down. Flechettes are 4cm long metal darts that are sharply pointed at the front, with four fins at the rear. Between 5,000 and 8,000 of these darts are packed into 120mm shells which are generally fired from tanks. The shells explode in the air and scatter the flechettes in a conical pattern over an area about 300m long and 100m wide.[7] Flechette rounds are designed to be used against massed infantry attacks or squads of troops in the open and obviously pose a very high risk to civilians when fired in densely-populated civilian residential areas, as deployed by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip. Amnesty International investigated several deaths and injuries of civilians in Gaza caused by flechettes in January.[8] In one case, on 4 January 2009, an ambulance arrived about 15 minutes after a missile strike in Beit Lahiya that apparently targeted five unarmed young men. The ambulance was hit a few minutes later by a tank shell filled with flechettes. Two paramedics were seriously wounded in the incident and one of them, Arafa Hani Abd-al-Dayem, later died. The following morning, Israeli forces fired several flechette shells into the main road near the Abd al-Dayem family home in Izbet Beit Hanoun, to the south-west of the town of Beit Hanoun. Two people, a child and a woman, were killed and several others were injured. Sixteen-year-old Islam Jaber Abd-al-Dayem was struck in the neck by a flechette. He was taken to the hospital s intensive care unit but died three days later. Mizar, his brother, was injured in the same attack and still has a flechette lodged in his back. Nearby, 21-year-old Wafa’ Abu Jarad, who was pregnant, her two-year-old son, her husband, and her father and brother-in-law were all injured by flechettes in the courtyard of their home. Wafa’ Abu Jarad died of her injuries two days later. Amnesty International has previously documented Israeli forces’ use of flechette rounds in Gaza resulting in the killing of children.[9] The manner in which shells containing flechettes were used by Israeli forces in Gaza fired in densely populated civilian areas - violates the international law prohibition on indiscriminate attack. Prior to their use during the recent military offensive, the last known incident when flechettes were used in Gaza was on 16 April 2008, when Israeli soldiers fired a flechette tank shell at Reuters journalist Fadel Shana, while he was filming the tank, killing him and three other unarmed civilians, including two children.[10] アムネスティ・インタナショナルは以前にも、イスラエル軍のガザへのFlechett弾砲撃が、子供たちの殺害を引き起こしたことを報告しました[9]。 [10] In 2001, Jane’s defense publication quoted an Israeli military source, who stated "The Israeli military obtained these weapons from the USA after the 1973 war and we have thousands of old shells in warehouses…The weapon is not regarded as reliable or effective and gunners have a difficult time in aiming this properly."[11] 2001年、ジェーン防衛年鑑はイスラエルの軍事筋ソースを引用して記しました 「1973年の戦争以後、イスラエル軍は米国からこれらの兵器を入手し、私たちは倉庫に何千個もの古い砲弾を持っています。 [11] 7 “How Flechettes Work”, The Guardian http //www.guardian.co.uk/graphic/0,,2274464,00.html 8 See New Release, ‘Israeli army used flechettes against Gaza civilians’, Amnesty International, 27 January 2009 and the blog, ‘A bloodstained wall of flechettes’, Amnesty International, 26 January 2009, http //livewire.amnesty.org/2009/01/27/a-bloodstained-wall-full-of-flechettes/#more-866 9 See ‘Israel and the Occupied Territories and the Palestinian Authority Killing the future Children in the line of fire’, Amnesty International, (Index MDE 02/005/2002). 10 http //www.amnesty.org/en/news-and-updates/news/armys-so-called-inquiry-cameramans-killinggaza- scandal-20080815 11 http //www.janes.com/defence/land_forces/news/jdw/jdw010522_2_n.shtml Amnesty International AI Index MDE 15/012/2009 リンク Tank shell that sprays deadly darts killed cameraman in Gaza, say docto http //www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/controversial-darts-from-tank-shell-killed-cameraman-in-gaza-say-doctors-811250.html Amnesty calls for investigation into killing of cameraman and other civilians http //www.palestine-info.co.uk/en/default.aspx?xyz=U6Qq7k%2bcOd87MDI46m9rUxJEpMO%2bi1s7qPllSJ%2f1icCo4vxAW1yXVU1D%2fS4vag9Vr2S9qp%2bICnBipaWMlFbUhKn%2b60lLh0yut7rX%2fm0syYeg04ciHfIbU9%2bF1pI92XQ7u02dsl%2f4aHg%3d フレシェット弾:flechettes 「フレシェット弾 知っていますか 」 http //iitaizou.at.webry.info/200607/article_34.html http //www.thenausea.com/elements/Israel/israel-doc1.html http //www2.odn.ne.jp/midi/text32.html 次へ Misuse of conventional arms by Israeli forces イスラエル軍による通常兵器の濫用 Fuelling conflict Foreign arms supplies to Israel/Gaza -index トップページ
